A global market leader and OEM in the X-Ray technology space, contracted Shape Services Ltd to Build, Install, Commission and Systems Integration of various types of Cargo, Vehicle Scanning and Inspection systems comprising not only X-Ray technology but access control, CCTV, LPR/CPR ,UVIS, radiation monitors and control rooms along with subcontractor management for civils, electrical and other mechanical activities, in countries around the Middle East and Africa.
Execution
Our project team where given a rolling program of dates to have systems ready for customer acceptance testing and handover. These dates while challenging were agreed as achievable so long as we had no major stoppages. Our project team managed logistics subcontractors, suppliers and in-house Field installation engineers, taking for responsibility for all outcomes, in areas of operation that are renowned for being difficult and challenging.
