At Shape Services, the safety, welfare and wellbeing of our staff is paramount to us, that is why we have launched a #ShapeStaffWellbeing campaign.
For our workforce to be happy and healthy in their working and private lives we have engaged with Westfield Health to provide wellbeing support across our organisation.
Westfield Health will deliver evidence-based programmes of health and wellbeing to our staff, empowering them to be the best they can be, through assessment, education and intervention. We recognise this increases productivity, quality of services and reduces staff churn dramatically. This contributes to our success in delivering complex projects and contracts around the world in challenging and austere environments.
August marked the first month of our #ShapeStaffWellbeing campaign. Each month will focus on a new topic; this months being Sleep. Alongside this internal campaign, we are utilising our social media outreach to educate a wider audience on each months topic under the hashtag #ShapeYourWellbeing. This is important to us because we feel that everyone should benefit from the fantastic knowledge our staff are receiving.
